Grant Writing Initiative

A new initiative
of the Band Booster organization is to begin a grant writing program
to help diversify our funding sources. This can especially help with
special projects and purchases the Band may want to pursue.
Initially, funding towards the new private lesson will be targeted.
Both private foundations and public corporations will be approached.

Current Happenings: |

Our
current focus is to get our bylaws written and approved
by the boosters. We are hoping to write another Douglas
County Educational Foundation grant and pursue some community
matching funding opportunities. |
